个人简历

李 香 真,男,1967年3月生,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2004年获得德国康斯坦斯大学生物系博士学位(微生物学)。2005.4-2009.5在美国俄克拉荷马大学植物和微生物学系作博士后;2009.5-2011.5.在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校土木与环境工程系作博士后,2009.5-2011.11,在伊利诺伊大学生物能源研究所工作。2011年底入选中国科学院“百人计划”,到中科院成都生物所应用与环境微生物中心工作,2015年任中国科学院特聘研究员,四川省学术带头人后备人选。

研究兴趣

生物质能源技术,生物质厌氧发酵沼气技术,废物处理中的微生物学过程,土壤微生物学,微生物资源调查,微生物生理生态。

主要研究经历包括: 生物能源技术开发, 厌氧发酵处理农业废弃物,全球变化对土壤微生物种群结构和功能的影响, 土壤动物在物质转化中的作用, 土壤酶学,微生物生物降解,生物治理技术, 微生物多样性, 微生物互养关系, 硫还原菌的生理代谢, 氢气代谢路径, 环境基因组学,转录基因组,蛋白质组学,生态系统碳氮循环过程, 土地利用方式对生态环境的影响。
