“微生物分子与生理生态学”科研团队由李香真研究员主持, 团队主要从事利用分子生物学的方法,结合现代高通量测序和环境基因组技术,围绕环境中微生物的组成与功能、微生物之间的相互作用、微生物群落代谢的系统调控机理,开展相关的基础和应用研究。主要包括:1. 土壤微生物多样性、生物地理分布规律及气候变化对微生物群落的影响;2. 沼气发酵、废弃物厌氧转化系统中微生物的群落结构、功能及其代谢调控。课题组建设了系统的分子生物学实验室和高通量测序平台,拥有了完备的分子生物学设备及与高通量测序相关的技术体系,对社会开放服务,开展环境基因组、转录组、扩增子测序及生物信息服务。
已获得的研究成果包括:
1.环境基因组技术方法的开发和应用
建立了系统的高通量测序和生物信息学平台,在环境基因组技术方面,开发了土壤微生物高通量检测方法,建设了土壤功能基因(如pmoA, nifH等)生物信息学分析平台等,已经得到了广泛的应用。发表的论文被广泛引用,包括1%高引用率论文一篇。
2. 土壤微生物地理学研究及微生物数据库建设
a) 研究了中国温带草原土壤微生物多样性的时空分布,发现干旱度与细菌多样性成正相关,年均温是预测微生物群落变异的最佳因子
b) 阐明了中国草原土壤甲烷氧化细菌及甲烷氧化潜势的分布规律、关键控制因子及其尺度依赖性
c) 对青藏高原高寒草甸土壤固氮菌进行了研究,发现土壤pH是固氮菌群构建的主要驱动因子
d) 阐明了典型草原土壤微生物群落结构对氮沉降的响应模式。
e)负责全国土壤微生物多样性监测管理,制定监测标准。在全国布设监测样点22个,进行土壤微生物多样性方面的长期监测
f) 首次建设了中国土壤微生物数据库,将土壤微生物物种和基因数据电子化,放到地图上
3. 产甲烷厌氧发酵处理农业废弃物技术研究
h)首次揭示了全国沼气发酵工程系统中微生物群落的构建机制;
i)阐明了温度、活性炭材料等因子影响生物产甲烷系统发酵效率的微生物学机制
j)提出了通过“强化氢型产甲烷途径”而提高产甲烷效率的高温厌氧发酵模式
团队负责人
李香真,博士,中国科学院成都生物所,研究员/博导。2011年底入选中国科学院“百人计划”。 主要从事土壤微生物学和环境基因组学方面的研究工作。 曾担任Scientific Reports、Plos One和Frontiers in Microbial Ecotoxicology and Bioremediation的期刊编委, Annals of Microbiology副主编。近5年来,承担项目共12项;其中主持国家级项目5项,省部级项目3项,国际合作1项,横向合作3项。发表论文共 120 篇,参与编写专著3部。
